Microwave baked apple

Due to a dentist trip this morning, I’ve been eating very soft foods today. Among those are what you’d expect: scrambled eggs, soup, stuff like that.

But I’ve got to say, I really made the right call when I decided to experiment with a microwave baked apple. Apple, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and butter. How could this possibly be bad? It’s soft and delicious. I even managed not to overbake it, so it was tender without being applesauce.

Final verdict: Yum!
