Tonight’s experiment was a 100% whole wheat loaf (because I’m out of all-purpose flour and too lazy to do groceries). It came out very… short. And, I imagine, dense. It’s hard to tell, but this is actually a 1.5-lb loaf. I know, it looks more like a 1-lb loaf, but it’s not. Taste test tomorrow morning.
