Such a poofy loaf!

I tells ya: ever since I realized that you should peak into the bread machine after 5-10 minutes and make sure it looks right (i.e. a ball that sticks to the side of the machine), I’ve gotten a lot better results. And just saved my newly-tested recipe by adding 4 heaping spoonfuls of flour. (Honey whole-wheat, for the curious.)
